Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

All items listed on our website are one-of-a-kind, pre-made, and handcrafted. Some styles can be custom made in different sizes and colors. Pre-made items are ready to ship, while custom orders may take as long as 1-2 weeks to be created for you.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive are handcrafted and, therefore, may not be as uniform as manufactured items. Natural stones will exhibit variations and even occasional pitting. Lampwork beads, which are individually made by hand, may be slightly different in size and shape. These variations should not be considered, but rather are to be expected.

Your handcrafted jewelry is resilient and meant to be worn, but it is also delicate and requires proper care. Use the following guidelines for handling your handcrafted jewelry and it will thank you by giving you a lifetime of joy. Care for your new product(s) by:

DAILY CARE

Gemstones, glass beads, metal components, and stringing materials are vulnerable to acid, alkaline and extremes of humidity. To preserve your jewelry’s radiance, avoid letting it come into contact with cosmetics, hair spray, or perfume. Always put on your jewelry as a final touch, after applying make-up and styling hair. Your jewelry’s luster can also be harmed by perspiration. To prevent this, before returning it to storage, wipe it gently with a soft cloth.

PERSONAL STORAGE

Your handmade jewelry is exceptionally cohesive and shock-resistant, but it may be scratched by contact with sharp objects or other jewelry. To prevent tangles and scratches, fasten clasps and pins, then lay each item out separately in a compartmentalized jewelry box or place in a plastic bag. When carrying jewelry, use a protective jewelry pouch.

Your jewelry can be damaged if:

  • Exposed to lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, and hairspray.
  • Worn in the shower or while swimming.
  • Worn while engaging in many sports.

SHIPPING

In the United States we ship through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX.

We happily support and love our international customers and ship internationally through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

Cindy’s Bewitching Beads is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

We charge a low, flat shipping rate. Customers in the United States pay a flat rate of $3.50; International Customers pay $5.00.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00.

Timeline: Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1 – 2 weeks to be handmade.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. If the return is for reasons other than damage or defect, the Customer pays return shipping.

Gift Cards are nonrefundable.

We cannot issue refunds for a returned item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We cannot issue refunds for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether the return is eligible for a refund. If eligible, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
